The ‘Metroplex Vision’ grew out of a frustration with the traditional approach of town planning that required industrial and business parks to be located in isolated areas devoid of access to any of reasonable amenities or lifestyle choices. This was a far cry from the accepted ‘norm’ for inner-city workers. Such isolation often necessitated lengthy commutes usually without access to public transport.
Metroplex Management recognized that (a) the changing face of industrial practices meant that, in most cases, these estates could now be co-located with both commercial and residential areas and (b) to attract people to a location, you first have to first make that location attractive. This insight lead to our focus on the provision of real amenity such as quality buildings set in a green environment emphasising open community areas plus access to simple convenience retail and commerical services, mulitple choices of eateries, childcare centres and fitness areas.
To maintain the quality of this amenity, and to promote stake-holder ownership in the investment in their real estate property, corporate image and staff welfare, Metroplex Management introduced subtle levels of controls under a Body Corporate administration. We provide a suite of additional services that allows companies to focus soley on their core biusiness as we create a first choice place of employment that in turn leads to the improved retention of key staff.
